Ingredients For Bajra khichadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak bajra in enough water overnight.
  • 2. Next morning remove the water. Take soaked bajara to mixer jar and coarsly grind it.
  • 3. Soak moong dal in water for 20 minutes.
  • 4. In a pressure cooker add ghee.
  • 5. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter. Now add hing, green chillies, crushed ginger.
  • 6. Add soaked moong daal, bajra, salt, and turmeric powder.
  • 7. Add water and pressure cook it upto 6-7 whistle.
  • 8. Once done, serve it with kadhi. Top it with generous amount of ghee.
