Methods
  • 1. Take the leftover bajra rotis. Cut the rotis into small pieces.Grind them in a chopper to make a fine crumble.
  • 2. Mix the sugar and cardamom powder. If the sugar granules are thick you can grind them.Heat the ghee and pour it over the churma.
  • 3. Then mix milk cream in the churma.. It helps to make laddoos of churma. Garnish with sliced nuts.
