Ingredients For BAJRE KI RAAB (pearl millet drink ) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup of curd and add bajra 2 tbsp and mix well there should be no lumps.
  • 2. Next add 4 cups of water mix nicely and keep aside for 1 hour or you can use directly.
  • 3. Take a deep pan add the mixture along with cumin seeds, chopped green chilli and salt.
  • 4. Keep on stirring the mixture till it comes to boil.
  • 5. When it starts boiling keep on low flame again for 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes thick
  • 6. While serving sprinkle some cumin powder ,red chilli flakes and chopped coriander leaves.
  • 7. This drink you can serve hot and cold both way it very healthy.
