Ingredients For Banana Oats Pancake with Caramelized Banana Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Whisk 2 bananas and coconut milk in a blender.
  • 2. Grind oats and ½ cup sugar together into a mixer jar.
  • 3. Mix powdered oats, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  • 4. Add banana milk and mix well to make a smooth batter.
  • 5. Heat a nonstick pan over low heat, pour a ladle full batter onto the pan and spread gently.
  • 6. Cook until the pancakes look slightly dry on top, pour 1 tsp oil and then flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
  • 7. For Caramelized banana, Put 1 cup coconut sugar and ⅓cup water in a thick bottom pan and keep on low flame till sugar melt.
  • 8. Add banana pieces and lemon juice.
  • 9. Cook on low flame, sprinkle some water in between, stirring occasionally and cook for about 20 minutes or until it looks brownish in colour.
  • 10. Serve banana oats pancakes with caramelized banana and fresh banana pieces.
