Methods
  • 1. Soak the barley for 30 mins
  • 2. Heat oil and add the rasam powdwr
  • 3. To it add chopped moringa leaves and fry
  • 4. Now add the soaked barley and Add the water
  • 5. Adjust the salt and pepper. Add the tamarind paste
  • 6. Now on slow flame let the barley cook
  • 7. Adjust the consistency of the water
  • 8. Once the barley pearls swell nicely,our soup is ready
  • 9. Keep a liquid consistency so adjust the water accordingly
  • 10. Enjoy the soup hot.
