Methods
  • 1. Take a saucepan, add barnyard millet and coconut milk.
  • 2. Bring it to boil. Add sugar and let it simmer on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Add custard powder dissolved in warm milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  • 4. Simmer it on medium flame till it thickens.
  • 5. Remove it in bowl and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
  • 6. Serve hot or cold.
