Ingredients For Beetroot peanut barfi recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, add khoya and stir it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 2. Now add beetroot puree and sugar and mix properly, keep stirring till it starts thickening.
  • 3. Add peanut powder and keep stirring till it becomes thick and start leaving the sides of pan. Add cardamom powder and mix.
  • 4. Take a plate, Grease it, transfer the mixture to the greased plate, spread sesame seeds over it, keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes, cut into desired shape and serve.
