Ingredients For Besan delight with carmelized nuts in kesar syrup recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all prepare a sugar syrup by using water.
  • 2. Then take a heavy bottom kadai, heat ghee n roast the besan.
  • 3. Once roasted, add sugar syrup n elachi powder. Mix it well n take in a separate plate .
  • 4. Now take a mould n put besan mixture in a mould n give shape. Now caremilize the 2 tablespoons sugar n put the nuts. Mix it.
  • 5. Demould the besan mixture n put the nuts inside it. Prepare kesar syrup by adding kesar , sugar in a milk.
  • 6. Now serve this besan delight on kesar milk syrup n serve.
