Ingredients For Besan ke laddoo recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and add gram flour. Roast on medium flame until the besan is well combined with ghee
  • 2. After 10 minutes the besan starts to release the ghee.
  • 3. Continue to roast until the besan turns golden brown and grainy.
  • 4. Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Allowing to cool slightly.
  • 5. Add in powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix. Prepare ball sized laddoo adjusting suger as required.
  • 6. Keep it in air tight container and enjoy.
