Heat ghee in a pan. When it will start to melt then add besan. Stir it constantly in low flame.

Roast it in low flame. After 15 to 20 minutes ghee will start to release. Keep roasting. Sprinkle some milk & keep roasting.

When you can feel the aroma & colour will also change that time add chopped cashew nuts. Mix it well & shift it to a bowl. Keep rest for few minutes.
4.
Take sugar in a mixing bowl & make it's powder.
5.
Add sugar powder in sightly warm besan mixture. Mix it well.
6.
Now prepare laddu. Make it cool & keep it in air tight container.
