Ingredients For Besan Sev Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix it well.
  • 2. Gradually add water and make a soft smooth dough.
  • 3. Take sev maker, Grease the inside of sev maker with little oil. Use the disk for making sev of your size choice.
  • 4. Now fill the container with prepared dough and close it tightly.
  • 5. Heat oil in a wok. twist the handle of sev maker sev will come out from the bottom holes.
  • 6. Fry it on medium heat from both the sides till it becomes crispy.
