Methods

How to make BREAD CIGAR RECIPE

1. Take a large bowl mix paneer,cheese,green chilly,capsicum,green coriander leaves and salt to make a dough.
2. Now stuffing is ready
3. Press the bread with rolling pin.
4. Take a bowl add all purpose flour and half cup of water to make a thick paste.
5. Take a bread, spread the all purpose flour paste.
6. Now add paneer stuffing on the middle of the bread and fold from both the sides.
7. Repeat the same process with rest of the bread.
8. Keep in the fridge for 15 minutes.
9. Now heat oil in a pan.
10. Place the bread cigar on medium flame.
11. Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
12. Flipping once in between.
13. Cook in medium flame.
14. Drain extra oil in paper napkin.
15. Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
