Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl, mix onion, salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on the top of the bread, now add mozzarella cheese and coriander leaves and sprinkle chilly flakes and herbs. Heat non stick pan and grease some butter.
  • 2. Now place the bread in non stick pan in a medium flame and cover it till cheese starts melting and it turns into light brown.
  • 3. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
