Ingredients For Bread Rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Sieve the flour.
  • 2. Make a solution of sugar ,salt and yeast in luke warm water.
  • 3. Add a solution to the flour and start knead it and a soft dough.
  • 4. Add margarine and mix it well.
  • 5. Knead it properly and a make a round ball and covered it with a wet cloth for 30 minutes. ( for fermentation)
  • 6. Take out the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts.
  • 7. Give them a different shapes and place them in a greased baking tray.
  • 8. Sprinkle little water on the top and keep the tray outside for 30 minutes. ( for proving )
  • 9. Bake them at 400°f for 15 minutes.
  • 10. Take it out from the oven and greased them with butter and served it.
