Ingredients For Butter Masala Scrambled eggs Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium flame. Add onions and saute till it gets translucent.
  • 2. Add tomatoes and bell peppers, saute for 30 seconds on high flame.
  • 3. Add makhni gravy and lower the flame. Cook for a minute.
  • 4. Add whisked eggs and scramble it stirring continuously.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes till eggs get done.
  • 6. Remove from the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with toast.
