Ingredients For Vegetable Omelette Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes and capsicum.
  • 2. Heat the pan and add 1 tsp butter. Let it melt and then add the onion. When the onion turns translucent add the tomato and capsicum and saute it till it is cooked.
  • 3. Take out the vegetables and keep it aside.
  • 4. Break the egg in a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper to it and whisk it.
  • 5. Add 1 tsp butter in the heated pan and spread it evenly in the pan when it melts. Pour the beaten egg into it.
  • 6. Add the sauteed vegetables on the egg and fold it like a wrap. Cook the egg properly then take it off the flame.
  • 7. Garnish it with Coriander and chopped onion if you like onion.
