Grate the paneer and very well. Heat the pan and add milkmaid and paneer and mix well until the mixture is thick. No need to add sugar add cardamom powder and half cup of butter scotch and mix well.

Pour the mixture on the plate and spread it. Garnish with crushed almonds, butter scotch and pistachio, Cut in a diamond shape.

For butter scotch - Heat clarified butter in a pan and add sugar,honey,salt to carmalize it in a slow flameTurn off the flame and spread into the grease plate
