To make the Toffee halwaIn a gas medium low flame. Take a pan, roast the rawa for 3 minutes,stirring it after each minute. Set aside to cool.

Heat a another pan put ghee in a kadhai and add the sugar and mix well and cook on a slow flame, then gee and mix well.then put the full cream till the sugar is fully melted and brown colour, while stirring continuously.

Heat a another pan,and put gee and rawa.stir in the roasted rawa.

Then put milk and mix well. Add the sugar melts sause mix well and cook for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
5.
Add the dry fruits and cardamom powder.serve hot
