Ingredients For Cabbage Jowar steamed vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Combine all the ingredients and add water as required to make soft roti daugh.
  • 2. Out of the prepared daugh make equal portions to make vada.Prepare vada in the shape of mendu vada.
  • 3. Place the prepared vada on steaming plate(with hole) apart from each other and steam it for 25 to 30 minutes.check it with toothpick and switch off the flame.
  • 4. Let the steamed vada become cool and roast it on tawa with little on both sides till light golden brown.serve with green chatney .I have served it with Himachali kheru.
