Methods
  • 1. Take 40 g sugar in a saucepan and caramelize it until it gets brown.
  • 2. Pour the caramel and coat jelly bowl's base with it and let it cool.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, take a whole egg, 10 ml of vanilla essence along with 100 ml of milk, 30 g of sugar along with a pinch of nutmeg powder.
  • 4. Mix it properly and pour it onto the jelly bowl over the caramel.
  • 5. Cover the bowls with aluminium foil properly. Place the bowls in a baking tray and pour water for steaming.
  • 6. Keep the baking tray on the gas range on medium to high flame for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Let it cool and demould it from the bowl.
