Methods
  • 1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks.
  • 2. Beat the egg with with sugar to get a fluffy consistency and gradually add sugar while whisking in one direction to make meringue.
  • 3. Add vanilla essence and egg yolk mixture in the meringue and mix it with rubber spatula by using cut and fold technique.
  • 4. Grease Swiss tray with oil and lay butter paper into it.
  • 5. Pour the mixture gradually and let it bake at 190° C for about 15 minute s.
  • 6. Remove it from the tray and apply jam over it and start rolling to get a roll.
  • 7. Freeze the roll for about 30 minutes and cut it into small pieces and serve them.
