Ingredients For Carrot - Dates Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the carrots and grate them.
  • 2. Blanch almonds in hot water & peel off skin
  • 3. Grind the water & almonds together & squeeze out the milk from paste.
  • 4. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan & roast the carrots with it.
  • 5. Cover the pan & let it cool for 10-15 mins.
  • 6. Mix the almond milk & cook the carros in it.
  • 7. Mix the Date paste & let it cook.
  • 8. Add the cashewnuts,raisins& pistachio.
  • 9. Add remaining Nova ghee & cardamom powder & cook for some More time.
  • 10. Your Sugar free, Gluten free Carrot halwa is now ready to serve.
