Wash the carrots, peel them and grate them with the help of a grater. Now heat ghee in a pan. Then add carrots. And let it be a little bit. Then add milk to it. Cover and let it cook until all the milk gets mixed into the carrots. Carrots should be completely cooked.

Then add sugar. Mix well. After that add mawa. And mix. Later add cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Delicious hot carrot halwa is ready.

Now boil milk in a pan. Now add bread crumbs, milk powder and saffron. Let it leave for another 2-3 minutes. Now add cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios, Rabdi is ready.

Now first place the rabri, top it with carrot halwa, then decorate with rabri and pistachios. And keep it in the fridge for some time.

Serve chilled. Yummy and tasty ready to eat carrot rabdi delight.
