Methods
  • 1. Wash the carrots, peel them and grate them with the help of a grater. Now heat ghee in a pan. Then add carrots. And let it be a little bit. Then add milk to it. Cover and let it cook until all the milk gets mixed into the carrots. Carrots should be completely cooked.
  • 2. Then add sugar. Mix well. After that add mawa. And mix. Later add cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Delicious hot carrot halwa is ready.
  • 3. Now boil milk in a pan. Now add bread crumbs, milk powder and saffron. Let it leave for another 2-3 minutes. Now add cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios, Rabdi is ready.
  • 4. Now first place the rabri, top it with carrot halwa, then decorate with rabri and pistachios. And keep it in the fridge for some time.
  • 5. Serve chilled. Yummy and tasty ready to eat carrot rabdi delight.
