Methods
  • 1. Wash organic brown rice under tap water for three times. Discard water and you can use the discarded water for plants.
  • 2. Pour required water and soak it for 6 hours.
  • 3. After 6 hours, pressure cook it for 4 whistles.
  • 4. Take a bowl. Add 1 cup of this pressure cooked rice to it.
  • 5. Pour 1 cup of lukewarm milk and half cup of butter milk to it , one after the other.
  • 6. Now add salt as per your taste. To this pour 1 cup of water and mix it very well.
  • 7. Then add diced onion and cut green chilly to it. Mix again.
  • 8. Cover it with a lid and allow it to curdle/ferment for 12 to 16 hours.
