Recipe Notes

You can also bake the bread toast in oven for about 5–8 Min at 250°C. Add Salt carefully as Butter and Cheese already contains Salt. If making for kids reduce the amount of Green Chillies. Do not forget to cover with a lid else, the cheese do not melt easily.

Ingredients For Cheese Chilli Toast

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Grated Cheese (Any of your choice) followed by ½ cup of finely chopped Green Chillies.
  • 2. Then add ½ tsp of Chilli Flakes, ½ tsp of Oregano and ¼ tsp of Salt mix well and keep aside.
  • 3. On preheated tawa take 1 tsp of Butter and grease it well.
  • 4. Take two slices of Bread, roast for 1 Min from one side and flip the Bread slice.
  • 5. Add 1 ½ tsp of Cheese stuffing on both the slices.
  • 6. Cover with the lid and simmer on low flame until turns crispy.
  • 7. In a similar way, make all the Bread toast.
  • 8. When turns crispy remove into the serving, dish and cut diagonally and serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
