Prepare a tight dough of all purpose flour, ajwain ,2 tbspoon oil and salt with some water.
Take a pan heat some oil then add sweet corn, carrots , capsicum and salt then cook for 2 minutes. Then add paneer and again cook for 1 minute.
After the fried vegetables get cold grate 2 cheeze cubes and add it.
After 10 minutes of preparation of the maida dough make thin rectangle shaped rotis from it then spread 1/2 teaspoon schezwan chutney on the roti then add 1 tbspoon of the vegetable mixture on half side of roti then fold the roti from remaining side and gently press the 4 corners with a fork.
Fry these pockets on low flame for 5 minutes or until crispy. Serve with tomato ketchup and your cheesy pocket pizza is ready to be served.
