Ingredients For Chicken Threads with Sauteed Veggies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly wash and clean well the chicken breast. Cut the chicken in two inch long half inch wide and half inch thick fingers.
  • 2. Now take it into a bowl and add black pepper, chaat masala, lemon juice, garam masala powder, chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, egg, flour, soya sauce, salt one by one into it. Then mix all the ingredients very well and leave it for 15 mins.
  • 3. Now boil some noddles without any masala.
  • 4. Now add some cornflour in the marinated chicken and roll the marinated chicken with the noddles. Press well with hands so it sticks to the chicken.
  • 5. Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken until crisp and cooked from inside.Serve with your favourite sauce.
