  • 1. In a bowl, add besan, water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, green chilies, soda, and salt for taste.
  • 2. Then dip the egg in the batter to coat.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry pakodas until they turn golden brown in color.
  • 4. Transfer it in a serving plate and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
