Methods
  • 1. Put the flour in a bowl and slowly pour in the water while togather with a spoon. When the dough comes together and it has cooled slightly, press it into a ball with your hands. Turn it out on slabe of kitchen and knead for about 2 minutes until a soft ball is formed.
  • 2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap Let rest for 30 minutes.Now roll it out and take thin square shape of it . your wolton sheet is ready .Now in a pan add oil . Fry the fish and make crumble of it .
  • 3. Now add black pepper, salt ,chilli flakes and soya sauce and masala a magic packets .Mix it for 2 minutes. Now turn of the gas add greated cheese in it . Stuffing is ready .
  • 4. Now take a wolton sheet add stuffing. Fold it as wolton shape . rest for 5 minutes. Now in a baking tray brush oil . Put the big size wolton. Bake it for pre heat oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5. Now cool it down add brush some butter and sprinkle some red chili flakes over it .Enjoy you Chilli cheese fish wolton with chili sauce as a evening snacks.
