Ingredients For Chocolate Croissant Recipe

  • 1. Take a bowl add 1 cup luke warm milk add yeast powder,sugar and salt mix it well. Keep side for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now add all purpose flour and knead dough. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and use milk for kneading a smooth dough.
  • 3. Now keep it for fermenting by covering at least for 1 hour.
  • 4. After 1 hour spread some dry flour on working board and keep dough on it. Knead it again for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Divide dough in equal portion. Make balls of it.
  • 6. Take 1 by 1 ball and flatten it by roller for 7-8 inches.
  • 7. Now take 1 base brush some melted butter keep another 1 on it and keep all base 1 by 1 on each other.
  • 8. Roll it them again. Now cut it and divide it in to 8 pieces it will look like a triangle shape.
  • 9. Now take 1 piece of triangle keep 1 piece of chocolate and roll it from broad to small direction. Make all croissant as per above procedure.
  • 10. Now take baking tray apply some butter on it. Keep all croissant in that apply some milk on it . Preheat oven for 5 minutes on high degree.
  • 11. Keep tray in oven and bake it on 180 degree for 25-30 minutes.
  • 12. After 30 minutes remove the tray let it get cool brush some butter.
  • 13. Serve with morning and evening tea.
