Ingredients For CHURMA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add wheat flour.Mix well & take 2 tablespoon of ghee in the mixture & crumble it using your hands.
  • 2. Pour the milk & knead the dough using milk only & cover it with cotton cloth & keep aside.
  • 3. Now make a flatten balls using your hands.Take a pan & heat on medium flame & add oil.Deep fry the churma balls till it bacame golden brown.
  • 4. let it cool for 10 mins.Now take a grinding jar & grind it to make a smooth mixture.
  • 5. Take a large bowl & transfer churma in it.Meanwhile heat ghee add powdered sugar ,dry fruits & pour it in a churma mixture.
  • 6. Garnish it with dryfruits.
