Grind once a dessicated coconut in a mixer . U can use amuk fresh cream too if u don't want to use home milk malai

Methods
  • 1. Grind the desiccated coconut in a mixer.
  • 2. In a kadai add powdered coconut and sugar and cook at low flame till the sugar dissolves.
  • 3. Add malai or cream, cardamom powder and cook till the mixture form in a binding consistency.
  • 4. Take out in greased pan or butter paper.
  • 5. Level up and keep in a fridge for 5 min.
  • 6. Garnish with pistachio and silver leaves and set in a fridge for 30 min.
  • 7. Its ready rake out and u can store it for a week.
