Ingredients For Coconut Custard With Motcha Dulce-de-leche Cream Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, dip a condensed milk tin in a deep sauce pan with water and cook this on low flame for 2:30 to 3 hours.
  • 2. For Sandwich, add coconut powder, custard powder, condensed milk, vanilla essence, salt and mix well.
  • 3. Now separatel whisked the egg white till soft peak, when done add small small batch of coconut mixture,
  • 4. Now grease the same size mold with oil and pour the prepared mixture in this, press with spoon for given even shape,
  • 5. Now baked this in preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins on 180 degree centigrade,
  • 6. When done take out and rest till room temperature,
  • 7. After 3 hours, Take out the Condensed milk tin from boiling water and left to coolIn warm milk add coffee powder
  • 8. In other bowl, add custard powder with water and mix well and transfer in a heavy bottom pan and cook till it's transparent in colour,
  • 9. Now add coffee powder and cocoa powder in this, stir till mixture thicken,
  • 10. Now open the Condensed milk tin ( Dulce-de-leche is ready) and take out the sufficient amount from this and transfer in coffee powder mixture, stir continue,
  • 11. Add butter in this and cook till mixture thicken,
  • 12. When done switch of gas and left to cool,
  • 13. Now keep the mixture in fridge to more thicken,
  • 14. Now fill the mixture between two of the baked coconut sandwich and keep in fridge,
  • 15. Now melt the chocolate in double boiler and coat the coconut Sandwich with this,
  • 16. When chocolate become set again coat the sandwich with chocolate and keep to set,
  • 17. Garnish this now
