Ingredients For Coconut Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the rice for 2 to 3 hours and grind it well along with the coconut.
  • 2. Add the coconut and grind it, so that it becomes like a dosa batter. Add salt as needed.
  • 3. Take a pan, pour a little coconut oil, then pour 2 to 3 ladles of dosa batter and allow it to thicken.
  • 4. Keep stirring it, so that it doesn't get burnt.
  • 5. Then add the thickened paste to the ground batter.
  • 6. Dosa is ready to serve.
