Remove the brown skin of the coconut and grind the coconut very fine . Add milk powder and sugar in the coconut paste. Dive the mixture into three equal parts . Add pink food color and green food color in two parts. Keep one part white only. Roll all the parts of coconut mixture on seperate tin foils. And let them set in the fridge. After 5 min, place the pink sheet of coconut mixture at the base , over that pace the white sheet , then the green sheet.. Run a rolling pin on all the sheets. Then roll all the sheets into a big roll. Apply pistachio filings on the outer side of the pink layer. Let it set in fridge for 10 min. Cut the roll in 1 cm And serve the dish!
