Methods

How to make Coffee mousse

1. Seperate egg yolk and egg white and keep aside
2. Cream sugar and egg yolk and mix it nicely
3. Add boil milk in a double boiler and cook it until it becomes thick.
4. Remove it from fire .add gelatin ,coffe powder and vanilla essence and mix it nicely
5. Keep them in refrigerator to set
6. Once it set add egg white and whipped cream and fold it nicely
7. Put the mixture in a pudding bowl and keep them in a refrigerator for set.
8. Unmould it and served it with cherry and whipped cream.
