  • 1. Whisk maize flour and buttermilk together. Heat deep sauce pan on medium flame
  • 2. Add buttermilk mixture to pan. Add salt and cook it on low flame stirring it continuously till mixture thickens
  • 3. Heat ghee on medium flame. Add jeera, hing and red chilli till it changes color. Put it on top of corn mixture. Serve hot
