Ingredients For Rajma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pressure cooker, heat ghee for 2 minutes. Add cumin seeds and fry it.
  • 2. When cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and fry until it turns deep brown.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies, fry for a few minutes.
  • 4. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till tender.
  • 5. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • 6. Add soaked rajma along with water.
  • 7. Pressure cook rajma on full flame till the first whistle. Make sure you cook for half an hour on medium flame or until done.
  • 8. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
