Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, beat together egg yolk with sugar until the sugar is dissolved completely and mixture in pale yellow.
  • 2. Add whipping cream and vanilla essence and heat on low until it mixes well.
  • 3. Pour mixture through strainer into ramekin and then steam the mixture and bake for 40 minutes until set.
  • 4. Remove it and place it in a fridge for setting it.
  • 5. Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of sugar over it and using a hand torch, melt the sugar.
  • 6. Serve it accordingly.
