Ingredients For Crispy Potato Fries Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the potatoes. Cut it into long pieces. Keep it in water .
  • 2. Wash 3-4 time . Dry it with towel. Take a mixing bowl. Add potatoes, salt and corn flour. Mix it gently.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok . On medium high heat fry all the fries in batches.
  • 4. Transfer it in tissue paper . Sprinkle chat masala and enjoy.
