Methods
  • 1. Take big bowl add rice, salt, curd mix all well together.
  • 2. Now add coriander leaves, pomegranate, lime juice mix well.
  • 3. Now make tadka : for that take tadka pan add 2 tbs ghee heat on medium flame.
  • 4. Fry almond and cashew, add them in curd and rice mix.
  • 5. Now add jeera, mustard seeds, grated ginger, curry leaves, green chillies in same ghee let them sizzle.
  • 6. Pour this tadka into a curd and rice mixture. Mix it all well. Your curd rice is ready
  • 7. Serve with pickel and papad
