Ingredients For Curry leaves halwa with fresh fruits

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in kadai and roast cashew and raisins. Once the cashews turns golden brown, keep aside.
  • 2. In the same ghee roastsemolina and curry leaves powder. Roast on low flame till it turns aromatic.
  • 3. Add 1 cup Hot water. Stir continuously till the semolina absorbs water and no lumps are formed.
  • 4. Add sugar keeping the flame on low, stir well till the sugar dissolves. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Add roasted dry fruits,a pinch of green food colour and mix well. Serve curry leaves halwa with fresh fruits. Garnished with almonds, rose petals.
