Ingredients For Daal Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil red lentils in hot water just for 5 minutes.Then strain the excess water & mash the dal with the help of your hand.
  • 2. Fry chopped onion in hot oil for few minutes, then add chopped capsicum,salt.Saute it for few minutes.
  • 3. Finally add crumbled paneer & boiled mashed potatoes.Add tomato chilli sauce & cook it for 2 to 3 minutes more.The mixture is ready now.
  • 4. Make it cool for few minutes & then add bread crumbs.
  • 5. Now take some portion from this mixture & make kebab shape.
  • 6. Heat 1tspn oil in a flat pan & shallow fry the kebabs in medium flame.
  • 7. Serve it hot with any of your favourite dip sauce.
