Ingredients For Dal Pakwan Ke Pakwan Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add both the flour, salt, cumin seeds, carom seeds and 1 tbsp oil .
  • 2. Mix it well . Gradually add water and make a dough. Keep it aside for rest .
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok .
  • 4. Take small portion of dough, roll poori size pakwan. Prick with fork.
  • 5. Deep fry all the pakwan on low medium heat from both the sides .
