Ingredients For Dryfruit and peanuts bar and laddo

Methods
  • 1. First of dry roast peanuts, cool it and remove its skin. Grind it coarsely
  • 2. Now dry roast the til and all dry fruits. Keep til and dryfruits separately in a bowl. Grind the dryfruits also coarsely.
  • 3. Now take a pan add ghee, then add jaggery powder.
  • 4. Melt it and let the foam settles down. Once the jaggery syrup ready, add the peanuts and dryfruits powder.
  • 5. Mix it well, then add roasted til. Add ghee, elaichi powder and mix it well until it leaves the pan.
  • 6. Now spread on a greased plate. Cut into bars and rest make laddos. Serven enjoy.
