Eggless Carrot And Almond Pancakes Recipe

Pancake is a flat cake, which is thin and round, prepared from flour, eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a frying pan, with oil or butter. I made it's eggless version with goodness of carrot and almonds. My kids loved it.

Ingredients For Eggless Carrot And Almond Pancakes Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a big mixing bowl, take flour and baking powder. Add sugar and milk and mix well.
  • 2. Add grated carrot and almond flakes and whisk with a wired whisker to make a semi thick batter without any lumps.
  • 3. Heat butter in a nonstick pan and pour a ladle full batter.
  • 4. Sprinkle some almond flakes over pancake, cover and cook till one side done, then flip and cook from another side.
  • 5. Serve hot in breakfast, your kids definitely love it.
