Methods
  • 1. Boil the fishes with salt and turmeric powder. When the fish is cooked, discard the water and keep the fish pieces aside,
  • 2. Wash the spinach well and make a paste with ginger, azwain and fennel,
  • 3. Heat oil. Add mangrela and spinach paste into oil. Fry for five minutes,
  • 4. Add fish and half cup of warm water. Cover and cook. If the gravy thickens, turn off gas oven,
  • 5. Ready to serve.
