Methods
  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast together and make a well then pour the water gradually.
  • 2. Mix the water and knead it well to form a soft dough.
  • 3. Add the olive oil in it and knead it again.
  • 4. Rest the dough for fermenting and cover with a damp cloth, let it rest for 30 mins.
  • 5. Roll the dough into a oval shape and place in the baking tray.
  • 6. Score the bread so that it results into a leaf like structure.
  • 7. Bake for 13 mins. at 230⁰ C and serve the whole bread.
