Ingredients For Foxnuts Kheer/Makhane ki Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan add clarified butter and roast foxnuts.
  • 2. In a small bowl take 1/4cup warm milk and add saffron, turmeric and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Check foxnuts its crunchy now grind coarsely and keep aside 5-6 foxnuts for garnishing.
  • 4. Boil milk in a pan at low flame for 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring milk so that its don't stuck to the bottom.
  • 5. 1/3milk evaporated add saffron milk with crushed foxnuts, sugar.
  • 6. Add sugar and again cook for 5-10 minutes at low flame.
  • 7. Add chopped nuts and garnish with foxnuts. Its done.
