Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 150° C for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Cream butter and icing sugar. Add flour and vanilla essence. Make a dough.
  • 3. Keep the prepared dough in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  • 4. Take out from refrigerator and roll then put it in a tart mould.
  • 5. Blind bake for 15 min.
  • 6. Now take out from oven and put egg & bell pepper in it and bake for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Now transfer it in a serving plate.
